China Everbright Environment Group (HKG:0257) completed the issue of 2 billion yuan of 2.15% medium-term notes, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
The bonds have a maturity of 3+N years, the firm said.
Proceeds will be fully applied to repay the company's existing medium-term notes.
