智通财经APP获悉，总部位于中国香港的跨境货运代理及物流服务提供商Speed Group Holdings(SPED.US)于周四上调了其即将启动的首次公开发行(IPO)拟募资规模。这家中国香港企业目前计划以每股4-5美元的发行价区间发行380万股股票，募资1700万美元;该公司此前曾提交申请，拟在同一价格区间发行250万股股票。按修订后发行规模的中点计算，Speed Group的募资额将较原预期增加50%，上市后市值预计达8400万美元。
据了解，Speed Group通过其子公司Speed Logistics，在北美、亚洲及欧洲地区提供电商物流(占2025财年营收的87%)、货运代理(12%)以及定制化仓储配送服务(1%)。公司客户以线上购物平台为主，供应商则包括跨国航空公司及快递物流企业，其第一大客户贡献了2025财年约82%的营收。
Speed Group成立于2021年，计划在纳斯达克挂牌上市，股票代码为SPED，R.F. Lafferty & Co.为此次IPO的独家簿记管理人。
