智通财经APP讯，中航科工(02357)公布，为进一步强化集团机载产业链并增强产品研发协同作用，于2026年2月6日，(i)青云仪表(公司的非全资附属公司)、航空工业产业基金与中航捷锐签署了股权转让协议一;及(ii)青云仪表、瑞特新与中航捷锐签署了股权转让协议二。根据该等股权转让协议，青云仪表同意购买航空工业产业基金持有的中航捷锐3.7805%的股权，对价为人民币2,192.69万元 ; 及 青云仪表同意购买瑞特新持有的中航捷锐6.2195%的股权，对价为人民币 3,607.31 万元。
完成后，青云仪表将持有中航捷锐 10%的股权，中航捷锐仍为中国航空工业集团的非全资附属公司。
据悉，中航捷锐主要从事以光纤陀螺为主的传感产品的研发、生产与销售。
