A consortium led by Zhejiang Southeast Space Frame (SHE:002135) won an engineering, procurement and construction contract for the cultural industry projects for two plots in Hangzhou, China.
The contract, valued at 994.4 million yuan, involves building a snow world, a hotel, and supporting facilities, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Construction will take 1,004 days.
Shares of the building integration service provider rose 1% Friday.
