Ovo In Talks to Sell Retail Arm, FT Says, Citing Sources

--U.K. energy supplier Ovo is undergoing discussions with France's Engie and Germany's E.ON over potential bids for its retail arm, the Financial Times reports, citing unnamed sources.

--EDF and FTSE 250 utility group Telecom Plus have also shown an interest as Ovo seeks to raise funds to meet capital requirements, the FT reports, citing the sources.

--The U.K. energy supplier's retail business could be worth more than 400 million pounds ($541.2 million), the report says.

--Ovo, Engie and EDF declined to comment, and E.ON didn't immediately respond to a request for comment, the FT says.
