智通财经APP讯，山东新华制药股份(00719)发布公告，有关本公司与挪亚圣诺(欧洲)公司签署《股权收购意向协议》。股权收购意向协议仅系各方经友好协商达成的初步意向，然而，经进一步讨论及磋商后，订约方未能就正式协议的条款及条件达成共识。本公司因此并无就该项目订立正式协议，该项目亦不会进行。故此，本公司已决定终止该等股权收购意向协议。
终止《股权收购意向协议》系本公司审慎研究后作出的决定，不会影响本公司现有生产经营活动，也不会对本公司的发展造成不利影响，不存在损害本公司及全体股东，特别是中小股东利益的情形。
