三星电子据报将在春节假期后启动第六代高带宽内存(HBM4)量产，将用于英伟达(Nvidia)下一代人工智能运算平台Vera Rubin。 韩联社引述半导体行业消息指，三星决定最快本月第三周开始量产HBM4，在通过英伟达认证测试下，三星综合考虑Vera Rubin的上市计划，最终敲定量产计划。这将是全球首次实现HBM4的量产出货。业界预计，英伟达将于下月举行年度开发者大会(GTC)首次公开搭载三星HBM4的相关产品。 三星HBM4的资料处理速度最高可达11.7Gbps，较国际固态技术协会(JEDEC)规定的8Gbps标准显著提升。
