Australia's HMC Capital secures up to $417.8 million in KKR backing for <a href="https://laohu8.com/S/GDLNF">Energy Transition</a> Platform

Feb 6 (Reuters) - HMC Capital HMC.AX forms a new strategic partnership under which KKR KKR.N managed funds will make up to A$603 million ($417.82 million) preferred equity investment into its Energy Transition Platform, the Australian asset manager said on Friday.
