耐克（NKE）周四尾盘下跌2.5%，美国联邦劳工权益保护机构周三披露，正在就运动服饰巨头耐克涉嫌通过多元化政策歧视白人员工展开调查。

　　平等就业机会委员会在向密苏里州联邦法院提交的动议中公布了此次调查，要求耐克全面配合其传票索取信息。

　　根据法庭文件，EEOC要求获取耐克裁员筛选标准、员工种族数据追踪使用方式，以及被指限定特定种族参与的导师计划、领导力培训与职业发展项目详情。
