智通财经APP讯，爱旭股份(600732.SH)公告，公司与 Maxeon Solar Pte.Ltd.(简称“Maxeon”)签订《专利许可协议》，公司获得Maxeon过往以及未来5年内新增单独或共同拥有的除美国以外的所有BC电池及组件专利授权，且不涉及反向授权。本次专利许可费总计人民币16.50亿元，公司将于未来5年内分期支付，首年许可费为人民币2.50亿元。
公告称，公司自身在BC领域已完成强大的专利布局，叠加本次获得Maxeon所许可的近千件专利后，将构建起合作双方在BC领域更加稳固和全面的专利护城河。
