智通财经APP讯，中国燃气(00384)公布，于2026年2月6日，公司全资附属中燃燃气实业(深圳)有限公司拟向深圳市壹品慧投资发展有限公司出售河北华通燃气设备有限公司50.66%股权，代价为人民币5266.8万元。
壹品慧集团主要从事销售及提供厨房家居产品及服务，包括厨房电器、燃气安防产品、其他家居产品及住宅升级解决方案等相关服务。目标公司的核心业务专注于燃气设备及水表产品的研发、制造、销售及检测，将其并入壹品慧集团的产品及服务生态系统，将增强集团业务组合的战略协同性与业务升级，健全自主可控的“研发—生产—服务”供应链体系。在国家持续推进智慧城市建设的政策背景下，智能物联网表具市场需求显著增长。壹品慧在物联网、全屋智能家居及安防领域具备成熟技术积累与产品经验，目标公司有先进的生产线，股权转让后可实现双方研发资源的深度整合，驱动燃气表向智能化、安防化、系统化方向升级。依托壹品慧“家庭帮”“祺卫安防”等平台，双方可共同开发阀井泄漏监测、智能插座、物联烟感、商厨预警系统等一系列高附加值新产品，进一步拓展目标公司的利润空间。
