智通财经APP获悉，2月6日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于杭州铜师傅文创(集团)股份有限公司境外发行上市及境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》。公司拟发行不超过2185万股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。公司58名股东拟将所持合计54,820,401股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。
招股书显示，铜师傅专注于将传统工艺与现代设计和使用场景相结合，开发铜质文创产品。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司在中国铜质文创工艺产品市场按总收入计位列第一，市场份额达35.0%，彰显了公司在金属文创工艺产品市场中该细分领域(约占6.3%)的强劲地位。
铜师傅通过持续投入于原创设计与研究和发展，公司将材质版图延伸至金、银与塑胶，吸引更广泛的受众并拓展创意可能。公司的铜质、黄金、银质产品均采用纯金属制成。若干铜质文创产品SKU在表面镀有一层纯金或纯银，以提升其美观及价值。公司旨在打造符合当代消费者审美偏好及使用场景的产品。
