完成后，本公司拥有的河北翼辰股份将减至260万股。
预期本集团将收取出售事项所得款项约1397万港元(不含交易成本)，并确认未经审核亏损约8904万港元。该亏损是基于出售事项所收取的代价与出售事项所涉及的相关河北翼辰股份总成本(即约1.03亿港元)之间的差额计算得出。
