智通财经APP讯，伟禄集团(01196)公布，于2026年2月6日联交所交易时段结束后，公司与高炼惇先生就集团拟就发展手机游戏发行及营运业务与高炼惇先生所建立的战略合作订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。
订约双方已订立谅解备忘录，旨在透过双方战略合作建立框架，使集团得以进军手机游戏业务领域。
根据该战略合作，高炼惇先生将负责组建营运团队，为合作制定业务计划，包括手机游戏的整体业务战略、游戏发行路线图及资金需求。预计营运团队将成为一间将于中国依法有效设立的营运公司(即营运公司)的核心团队，该公司会在中国从事特许手机游戏发行与营运业务。营运团队将负责物色、开发及发行手机游戏，初期将聚焦中国市场，其后拓展至海外市场。
