自2026年2月6日起，曾广云女士已辞任公司的授权代表，而公司的公司秘书罗学儒先生已获委任为公司的授权代表。
自2026年2月6日起：(1)曾广云女士不再为董事会下薪酬委员会及提名委员会的成员。(2)张伯陶先生不再为薪酬委员会主席以及董事会下审核委员会及提名委员会的成员。(3)李永森先生不再为审核委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。(4)余远骋博士不再为审核委员会主席及提名委员会的成员。(5)独立非执行董事黄志恩女士已获委任为审核委员会主席。(6)刘湛清先生已获委任为薪酬委员会及提名委员会的主席以及审核委员会成员。(7)李仙昌女士已获委任为薪酬委员会及提名委员会的成员。(8)林海宁先生已获委任为审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会的成员。
