智通财经APP讯，CNT GROUP(00701)公布，该集团预期2025年财政年度的股东应占亏损将为5500万港元至6100万港元，同比减少21.0%至29.0%。
公告称，预期股东应占亏损金额减少，主要是由于以下主要因素：(a)酒店的收入、利润率及利润有显著上升，导致2025年财政年度酒店业务分类溢利较2024年财政年度有所增长。因此，2025年财政年度将不会再就酒店业务相关的物业、厂房及设备进行减值拨备，而2024年财政年度减值拨备则约为1550万港元;(b)由于中国内地投资物业的公平值亏损，导致递延税收大幅增加;及(c)由于集团于2025年财政年度实施了有效的节省成本措施，行政开支有所减少。
