智通财经APP讯，智傲控股(08282)发布公告，根据本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度(2025财政年度)的未经审核综合管理账目，以及董事会目前可得的最新资料的初步评估，本集团预期2025财政年度取得溢利净额介乎约50万港元至约100万港元，而2024年同期则取得亏损净额约200万港元。
董事会认为，预期年度扭亏为盈主要由于以下各项的综合影响：(i)得益于公司在人工智能方面的投入及高效的营销推广，收益较2024年同期增长约6500万港元;(ii)得益于收益的增长，毛利较2024年同期增长约560万港元;及(iii)一般咨询费用减少。
