China fines Kuaishou over $17 million over failure to curb vulgar content

BEIJING, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Chinese regulators fined Kuaishou Technology 119.1 million yuan ($17.2 million) and issued a warning after finding the short-video platform failed to curb widespread pornographic and vulgar livestream content, state authorities said on Friday.
