2月5日，广发证券（000776/01776）发布公告，公司截至2026年1月31日的借款余额为5524亿元，累计新增借款金额767.57亿元，累计新增借款占上年末净资产比例为47.24%，超过40%。截至2025年12月31日，公司借款余额为4756.43 亿元。
截至2026年1月31日，新增借款的分类中，银行贷款余额较2025年末减少0.09亿元，主要由于短期借款的减少；公司信用类债券及非银行金融机构贷款余额较2025年末增加147.74亿元，主要因发行或到期偿还；其他借款余额较2025年末增加619.92亿元，主要系卖出回购金融资产款的增加。
公司表示，上述新增借款属于正常经营活动，不会对经营情况和偿债能力产生不利影响。
