丰田汽车周五宣布，将晋升首席财务官近健太为社长兼首席执行官，4月1日起生效。

　　现任社长兼首席执行官佐藤恒治将出任副会长，以及新设立的首席行业官职位。

　　佐藤恒治将专注于整体行业，近健太将专注于公司内部管理。

　　丰田表示，其需要加强行业合作以及业外伙伴关系，需要采取切实行动和全面改革，以提高盈利能力并降低盈亏平衡门槛。
