智通财经APP获悉，思摩尔国际(06969)早盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.63%，报11.52港元，成交额1.23亿港元。
消息面上，财政部、税务总局此前发布公告，明确自2026年4月1日起，取消包括电子烟在内的多类产品增值税出口退税。天风证券发布研报称，此项政策调整被视为将加速行业整合，长期利好具备规模与技术优势的头部合规企业。
国投证券国际也认为，此次调整将对电子烟制造行业带来较大影响，将会带来行业的一轮新的洗牌，与头部品牌绑定较深的思摩尔虽然短期业绩会受到退税政策影响，但是长期来看其地位将会进一步巩固。退税优惠退坡也有利于行业逐渐走出价格战的泥潭。
