1411 ET - Chipotle Mexican Grill had better traffic in its latest quarter after lows reached in the fall, with trends improving throughout the quarter and into January, BTIG analysts say in a note. Thatimprovement offers an encouraging sign despite the restaurant chain's pessimistic earnings outlook for this year, they say. The analysts say they will be interested to see how aggressive management will be with menu innovation, and they urge caution when looking at the company's rewards program changes, which could pose a modest initial effect, they say.
