智通财经APP获悉，方舟健客(06086)午前涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.1%，报2.68港元，成交额1.11亿港元。
消息面上，近日，方舟健客公告称，公司完成先旧后新配售4518.1万股，净筹约1.443亿港元。公司拟将所得款项净额用作以下用途：约90%将用于加速公司AI驱动的慢病管理平台的发展，包括模型发展及优化、基础设施及计算资源扩展、AI及医疗专家领域的人才招来、数据采集标注及知识库开发，以及推出及推广AI增强服务以覆盖服务不足的患者及医生群体；约10%将用于营运资金及其他一般企业用途。
值得一提的是，方舟健客近日发布正面盈利预告，预计去年收入介乎35亿元至35.5亿元人民币(下同)，同比增长30%；同比扭亏为盈，预计盈利介乎700万至1000万元。花旗认为，公司业绩大致符合预期，花旗原预测其2025年收入增长28%，并预计录得净利润600万元。管理层将收入快速增长归因于平台上患者与医生数量的增加，而盈利转正则主要得益于收入扩张以及股份为基础相关支出的减少。
