智通财经APP讯，爱普股份(603020.SH)发布公告，为完善公司战略布局，推动产业链的补强与延伸，实现公司高质量发展，2026年2月4日，公司与挪亚圣诺欧洲签订了《关于挪亚圣诺(太仓)生物科技有限公司之股权收购意向协议》，爱普股份拟受让挪亚圣诺(太仓)生物科技有限公司(以下简称“目标公司”)100% 股权，其中：首次交易即爱普股份受让目标公司80%股权，第二次交易于业绩承诺期满后启动，爱普股份将受让目标公司剩余股权。本次交易价格等将根据公司的尽职调查、审计及评估结果并经交易双方协商后确定。
目标公司成立于2009年，位于江苏太仓，是一家专注于Omega-3原料(包括鱼油、藻油)研发、生产及销售的企业，目前主要产品包括精炼鱼油、浓缩鱼油等。经过多年的经营，目标公司积累了丰富的产业资源，下游客户包括全球知名保健品、功能性食品饮料、婴幼儿营养品、宠物食品客户。
