Keppel's (SGX:BN4) attributable profit surged 27% in the second half of 2025 to SG$645.4 million from SG$507.5 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share fell to SG$0.225 compared with SG$0.349 a year ago. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha had estimated EPS of SG$0.25 for the period.
Revenue was up 12% year over year to SG$3.31 billion from SG$2.96 billion, mainly due to the consolidation of revenue from Global Marine Group, which the company had acquired in March 2025.
Visible Alpha had estimated revenue of SG$3.67 billion for the period.
The company proposed a final cash dividend of SG$0.19 per share for 2025, which will be paid on May 8. The company had already paid an interim cash dividend of SG$0.15 per share which was paid in August 2025.
The total ordinary cash dividend for 2025 stands at SG$0.34 per share.
Shares of the global asset manager and operator were up nearly 3% in Thursday trading.
