智通财经APP讯，瑞森生活服务(01922)发布公告，董事会接获通知，于近期Silver Huang Holding Limited(Silver Huang)(一间由黄清平(黄先生)直接全资拥有的公司))已向陈晓出售约6713.55万股公司股份，占公司全部已发行股本约25.13%(股份转让)。
股份转让后，陈晓持有合共6713.55万股股份(约占公司全部已发行股本的25.13%)，并成为公司的主要股东;Silver Huang持有合共1000.2万股股份(约占公司全部已发行股本的3.74%)，故不再为公司的主要股东;及黄先生透过Silver Huang及Silver Wutong Holding Limited持有合共约1389.77万股股份(约占公司全部已发行股本的5.20%)，故不再为公司的控股股东。
应公司的要求，公司的股份已于2024年8月28日上午九时零四分起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知为止。
