Alicanto Minerals (ASX:AQI) successfully completed a 12-to-1 consolidation of its issued capital, covering all quoted and unquoted securities, including ordinary shares, unquoted options, and performance rights, following shareholder approval on Jan. 30, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company's capital structure following the consolidation consists of 106.6 million ordinary shares, 22.1 million performance rights, and 1.3 million unquoted options, per the filing.
Normal trading on a post-consolidation basis will start on Thursday, the filing added.
