Locksley Resources (ASX:LKY) said its Non-Executive Chairman, Patrick Burke, resigned, effective Feb. 10, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Bevan Tarratt succeeds Burke, the filing said.
The company's US unit Enigma Strategic Minerals has also been accepted as an affiliate member of the Critical Materials Innovation Hub, the filing added.
Locksley will now be able to collaborate with US national laboratories, access research and innovative technologies, and contribute mineralized samples and field knowledge to research programs, the company said.
