韩国金融监管机构周一表示，将出台一系列措施，对因IT基础设施问题而引发的事故对金融机构实施更严厉的处罚。

　　韩国金融监督院（FSS）表示，将制定相关措施以防止金融领域的IT事故，这些措施将包括惩罚性处罚以及对IT安全的更严格监管，以更好地保护消费者。

　　这些措施出台之际，韩国第二大加密货币交易所 Bitstamp 在上周五错误地将 62 万枚比特币转给了 249 名参加促销活动的用户，总计价值超过400亿美元。

　　这意味着每位用户平均收到2490 个比特币，价值 2440 亿韩元（约合 1.66 亿美元）。部分接收者将这些比特币出售，导致比特币价格出现短暂但幅度较大的下跌。

　　Bitstamp此前表示，已追回 618212 枚比特币，随后又追回了用户出售的 1788 枚比特币中的 93%。

　　韩国金融监督院还表示，今年将对虚拟资产市场的价格操纵行为展开调查。
