陈向东：企业家若在网上陷入争论，就像一场难分胜负的“战争”。网上你能把别人骂惨吗？好像很难。和解往往也不易。通常需要国家或第三方慢慢让事态平息。大家点到为止，其实，人都要成长。因为西贝我也去吃过几次，企业家得时时刻刻记住，最重要的是如何研发更好的产品。争议或许难免，但成长也在于此。我们都在这过程中学习。
