新浪科技讯 2月11日上午消息，昨日，2026年京东新就业形态劳动者“春节送温暖”关怀项目（北京站）启动暨部分快递员退休仪式在北京举行。中华全国总工会、全国妇联、中国快递协会以及北京市委社会工作部、市委互联网企业工委、市总工会、市妇联、市邮政管理局、经开区管委会等10部门现场参加，并为即将退休的快递员们颁发证书。
据介绍，60岁的京东快递老哥鞠胜京作为代表，正式告别奋斗15年零6个月的一线岗位。他来自河北邯郸，45岁前靠摆水果摊维生。2010年，他机缘巧合加入京东物流马连道站，彼时京东在北京仅有8个站点，他一人扛起数十个小区的包裹配送工作，手持POS机穿梭于首都的大街小巷。
伴随业务的快速发展，京东物流北京区域持续拓站扩招。鞠师傅也曾担任一年多的副站长，因心系一线的兄弟们，他选择重返配送岗位，工作生活都取得了不少进步。15年间，鞠胜京的收入稳步提升，从入职首月2300多元到单月最高超2万元。
此外，京东从第一天起就为他足额缴纳五险一金。几年前，他用公积金在河北保定买了房，彻底结束漂泊状态。受益于15年零6个月不间断的五险一金缴纳，春节后他将如期在北京领到第一笔退休金。
据悉，仪式开始前，中华全国总工会等各部门还前往多个京东快递站点，向在工作岗位上的小哥们送去慰问物资与春节祝福。
