SiteMinder (ASX:SDR) received notice that BlackRock Group and its subsidiaries became substantial holders of the company on Feb. 5, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
BlackRock Group now owns 14.1 million shares in the company, representing a 5.01% total voting power, the filing said.
The company's shares rose around 6% in recent Monday trade.
