** Shares of Australia's WAM Strategic Value WAR.AX rise as much as 1.8% to A$1.165, their highest level since January 13
** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain in a month
** Investment co posts HY26 operating profit after tax of A$12.8 million ($9.09 million), compared with A$5 million a year earlier
** Declares interim dividend of 3.25 Australian cents per share
** Stock up 1.8% YTD, including session's moves
