ChainCatcher 消息，据 Globenewswire 报道，纳斯达克上市的以太坊财库公司 FG Nexus 宣布将实施 1:5 反向拆股，即每5股普通股将自动合并为 1 股，按当前流通股约 3277.62 万股计算，拆股后流通股数量预计降至约 655.52 万股；授权发行的普通股数量将从 9000 亿股减少至 1800 亿股。
FG Nexus 公司预计将于美东时间 2026 年 2 月 13 日 9:30 正式生效同时还将启用新的 CUSIP 编号 30329Y403，拆股完成后其股票仍将在纳斯达克以“FGNX”为代码交易。
