2月12日金融一线消息，郑州银行今日发布第八届董事会2026年第一次临时会议决议公告，会议审议通过了《关于聘任王森涛先生为郑州银行股份有限公司副行长的议案》。同意聘任王森涛为该行副行长，待其任职资格经国家金融监督管理总局河南监管局核准后正式履职。
简历显示，王森涛先生，1979 年 10 月出生，北京大学经济学硕士学位，高级工程师自 2001 年起于中国船舶重工集团公司工作，自 2007 年起于国家开发银行河南省分行任职，曾任客户一处副处长、规划发展处副处长、客户一处资深经理、规划发展处资深经理等职务，并曾挂职河南省发展和改革委员会财政金融和信用建设处副处长、郑州市二七区人民政府副区长。
