Vizsla Silver (VZLA) said Thursday that five workers taken from its project site in Concordia, Mexico, remain missing.

The company said it is continuing to work with Mexican authorities to support search operations, while providing practical and financial assistance to the affected families.

Vizsla said on Jan. 28 that 10 individuals were taken from the site. The company said Monday it was informed that a number had been found dead.

Vizsla said site operations remain suspended, but work on the Panuco project continues as much of the near-term work is engineering-based and can be done remotely.

Shares of the company were down 1.2% in recent trading Thursday.
