A winding-up petition hearing against LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company (HKG:0095) has been further adjourned by the Hong Kong High Court to June 1, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The move came following a joint application by the property developer, the petitioner, and all other creditors by way of a consent summons.

The petition was filed in February 2025 by Keystone Holdings Worldwide over alleged financial obligations of $210,000 plus accrued interest, which LVGEM had guaranteed.
