Tolu Minerals (ASX:TOK) found massive sulfide and epithermal quartz-sulfide veins linked to gold-copper mineralization during a geological mapping and sampling program along the road to the Tolukuma mine in Papua New Guinea, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Rock outcrop samples from narrow veins include nearly 28 grams per tonne grade of gold, 111 g/t silver, and 1.02% copper, the filing said.

Five new drilling rigs are now operating at the mine site, per the filing.
