智通财经APP讯，阿尔法企业(00948)公布，于2026年2月12日，维勒斯贸易(公司的间接全资附属公司，作为借款人)、 AP Diamond(作为贷款人)、公司(作为发行人)及认购人(作为认购人及AP Diamond的代名人)订立和解契据，以结清980万港元的部分债务，其中包括按每股资本化股份0.28港元的发行价配发及发行3500万股资本化股份，发行价较2026年2月12日所报每股股份收市价0.33港元折让约15.15%。
