Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies (WAB) said Wednesday it has closed its acquisition of Dellner Couplers, a Swedish company that provides couplers and gangways for passenger rail rolling stock.
Financial details of the acquisition weren't provided.
The acquisition aims to strengthen Westinghouse's portfolio of mission-critical passenger rail systems, the company said.
Westinghouse Air Brake's shares were up 2% in recent Wednesday trading.
