BTG Hotels' (SHA:600258) unit, Homeinns Hotels (China), will construct new hotel properties for 280.5 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
The project, which would have a total gross floor area of 26,000 square meters, will be located in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China.
The Chinese hospitality company's shares dropped less than 3% during midday trade.
