于2026年1月，本集团实现经营性收入约人民币22.7亿元(含税金额约人民币24.3亿元);其中运营收入约人民币12.5亿元(含税金额约人民币13.5亿元)，服务收入约人民币10.2亿元(含税金额约人民币10.8亿元)。
于2026年1月，本集团新增两块土地储备，总建筑面积和权益建筑面积均为14.29万平方米，权益地价人民币8.65亿元。
