Penske Automotive Group's board has raised the transportation-services company's quarterly dividend by 1.4%, to $1.40 from $1.38.
The new payout, equal to $5.60 a year, represents an annual yield of about 3.4%, based on Wednesday's closing price of $164.40, up from 3.36%.
Penske has now raised its dividend for 21 consecutive quarters.
The Bloomfield Hills, Mich., company on Wednesday said the increased dividend is payable March 5 to shareholders of record Feb. 25.
