智通财经APP讯，伊登软件(01147)公布，于2026年2月10日，公司直接全资附属Professional Eternity Limited拟向港骏集团有限公司收购港骏科技有限公司100%股权，总代价为300万港元。
公告称，目标公司为香港资深的IT服务供应商，拥有超过35年历史。其主要从事企业软件订阅及授权、专业IT解决方案以及IT培训服务等业务，具有稳固的客户基础，市场信誉昭着。目标公司与微软建有长期合作关系，其服务网络覆盖中国内地、中国香港及中国澳门。收购事项旨在集两间公司的优势，大大扩张及深化集团在香港及更广泛地区的企业IT及云服务市场的业务足迹。将集团自行开发的AI产品结合目标公司成熟的软件销售、培训及客户渠道，势将建立一个更具竞争力的“产品+服务+培训”一站式解决方案，加快业务增长。收购事项切合集团的长期发展目标及业务发展策略，并符合集团及其股东的整体利益。
