王先生担任联席公司秘书的职于2026年2月9日生效。王先生担任董事会秘书的职将于其完成上海证券交易所主板上市公司董事会秘书任职前培训，取得“董事会秘书任职培训证明”，并经上海证券交易所资格备案后，方可生效。在其作为董事会秘书的任职生效前，公司执行董事、总裁谭建鑫先生将代行董事会秘书职责。
