Pace Digitek Wins 250 MW Solar PV Project; Shares Fall 4%

Pace Digitek (NSE:PACEDIGITK, BOM:544550) said it has been awarded a project by Karnataka Renewable Energy Development for setting up a 250 MWAC solar photovoltaic plant along with a 250 MW/1100 MWh battery energy storage system at Pavagada Solar Park in Karnataka, India, according to a Tuesday filing.
Shares of the company fell around 4% in Wednesday's trade.
The project cost is about 17.8 billion Indian rupees, including GST.
The project is to be completed within 18 months from the signing of the power purchase agreement and battery energy storage purchase agreement, the filing said.
The plant will operate for 25 years from the date of commissioning.
