CNB Financial raised its quarterly dividend by 5.6% to 19 cents a share, up from 18 cents a share.
The new payout, equal to 76 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 2.6% based on Tuesday's closing price of $28.73.
The dividend is payable on March 13, to common stock shareholders of record as of Feb. 27, the banking company said Tuesday.
