2月9日，港股上市公司环球印馆发布公告，宣布知名酒类连锁企业“名品世家”董事长陈明辉，通过其全资持有的Digital Intelligence Holdings Limited，正式收购公司约65.54%的股份，交易总代价约2289万港元（约合人民币2024.25万元）。
对此，酒业家第一时间联系陈明辉获悉，此次收购与名品世家的数字化战略有关，“我们希望往酒产业的‘贝壳网’这个方向去做，实际他家（环球印馆）也是做互联网产业的，从产业互联网到消费互联网到价值互联网，这块是我们一直在研究的。”
据悉，环球印馆是一家位于香港的印刷服务供应商，该公司主要提供柯式印刷、喷墨印刷、原色数码印刷服务，并销售这三种方式生产的印刷产品。
根据香港《公司收购及合并守则》，由于陈明辉持股比例超过50%，触发强制性全面要约。他将以每股0.35港元的价格（较市场价折让约28.57%），向剩余小股东收购所有已发行股份。
资料显示，名品世家由陈明辉于2008年创立，是一家专门从事酒类连锁终端建设和运营的企业。公司以特许经营为主要模式，经过多年的发展已逐步形成了“线下店商”+“线上电商”+“跨界营销”+“本地生活”+“私域运营”+“元宇宙”等多元化的发展模式，全国布局超3000家终端门店。2024年，名品世家从新三板摘牌后正推进香港主板上市计划。
