智通财经APP讯，上海复旦(01385)公布，公司拟推行2026年限制性股票激励计划，本激励计划拟向激励对象授予限制性股票 1388.00 万股，约占本激励计划草案公告时公司总股本的 1.69%。其中，首次授予限制性股票1116.00万股，预留授予限制性股票 272.00 万股。授予价格为41.59 元/股。
本激励计划授予的激励对象首次授予共计 308 人，包括公司公告本激励计划时在公司(含分公司、控股子公司，下同)任职的董事、高级管理人员、核心技术人员及公司董事会认为需要激励的其他人员。不含复旦微电独立董事。
