智通财经APP获悉，香港土木工程分包公司Uptrend Holdings(UPX.US)周二提高了其即将进行的首次公开募股(IPO)的拟议交易规模。
这家总部位于中国香港的公司目前计划以每股4至5美元的价格发行380万股股票，融资1700万美元。该公司此前提交的文件显示，其计划以相同价格区间发行150万股股票。按修订后交易规模的中点计算，Uptrend Holdings的募资额将比此前预期增加150%。
Uptrend Holdings通过其运营子公司在香港建筑业提供分包商服务。该公司提供两大主要建筑解决方案：土木工程以及土石方运输服务。
Uptrend Holdings成立于2015年，计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为UPX。国泰证券是此次交易的独家簿记管理人。
